At enDAQ, we are committed to precision and quality; if your shock and vibration sensors do not meet your technical requirements, you may return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned electronic hardware must be in its original, undamaged condition and include all original packaging and calibration certificates.
Initiate an RMA
Contact our technical support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details and reason for return.
Prepare Hardware
Securely package the device in its original anti-static packaging to prevent electrostatic discharge or mechanical damage during transit.
Ship to enDAQ
Affix the RMA label to the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our engineers verify the hardware's functionality and condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
